Abstract

|
연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19 팬데믹 상황 속 간호관리학실습 교육 운영 현황을 파악하기 위함이다.
연구방법: 본 연구는 간호관리학실습 교육을 담당하는 임상실습지도교원을 대상으로 5개 영역 총 42문항으로 구성된 설문지를 구성하여 조사하였다. 응답결과는 기술통계 분석하였고 일부 주관식 문항은 내용분석 하였다.
연구결과: 대부분 대학은 학습관리체계를 갖추고 있었고(95.6%), 온라인 플랫폼 무료 사용(87.9%), 동영상 및 온라인 콘텐츠 작업 프로그램(86.8%)을 지원하고 있었다. 2020년 실습 운영방법은 혼합실습(40.6%), 전체 병원실습(30.8%), 전체 비대면 실습(19.8%), 2021년은 전체 병원실습(60.4%), 혼합방식(38.5%), 전체 비대면 실습(1.1%)이었다. 실습지도 및 집담회는 2020년(43.9%)과 2021년(58.3%) 모두 혼합방식으로 운영한 경우가 가장 많았고, 주당 실습지도 시간은 평균 9.40시간(2020년), 8.69시간(2021년)이었다. 핵심기본간호술은 1～3개 항목을 담당하였으며 직접평가 비율이 2020년과 2021년 각각 87.8%, 90.1%로 가장 높았다. 총 12개 중 4～6개의 프로그램학습성과를 담당하는 비율이 가장 높았다(각각 58.2%, 54.9%). 대상자는 COVID-19 팬데믹 상황에서 실습지 확보를 가장 어렵게 느꼈다.
결론: 포스트 코로나 시대에 간호관리학실습 교육도 다양한 디지털 기술의 이용, 비대면 실습교육 콘텐츠 개발, 대면교육과 비대면 교육을 혼합한 하이브리드 모델 등 교육의 효과를 높이기 위한 새로운 실습교육 모델의 개발이 필요하다.

Purpose: This study was to identify how a nursing management practicum was operated during the COVID-19 pandemic in Korea.
Methods: This study surveyed instructors teaching the nursing management practicum with a questionnaire covering five domains and 42 items. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis.
Results: The practicum was performed mainly by mixed methods (40.8% and 38.5%), in hospitals only (30.8% and 60.4%), online only (19.8% and 1.1%) in 2020 and 2021, respectively. The mixed methods were most frequently used for instructor teaching and conferences (43.9% and 58.3%). and the average teaching time per week was 9.40 and 8.69 hours per week, respectively. Taking charge in one to three core nursing skill items, 87.8% and 90.1% of the respondents each year performed face to face evaluation for the skills. Four to six out of 12 POs were covered by 58.2% and 54.9% of the participants, respectively, in 2020 and 2021. The greatest difficulty under the pandemic was securing students’ hospital assignments.
Conclusion: The nursing management practicum needs to adopt various digital technologies, and create new education models including hybrid ones combining both contact and untact methods to improve the educational effect for the post COVID-19 era.
